all is in the air, and
Normandy Park is
celebrating with the return
of Fall Frolic, a fun, family-
friendly morning filled with
pumpkins, costume exchange, and
opportunities to learn more about
the natural world around us.
Join us on Saturday, October 17,
from 10 a.m. to noon for this free
community event. Families can
stop by to pick out a free pumpkin
and enjoy a variety of activities
and educational opportunities
throughout the morning.
This year, Fall Frolic will take
place at City Hall Park. The event is
moving from Marvista Park while the
Marvista Park Construction Project
Fall Frolic Returns with Free Pumpkins,
Trees and Costume Exchange
is underway. See more information
about that project on page 30.
Local beekeeping residents
will also host a bee information
booth, offering a chance to learn
more about bees, pollinators, and
the important role these small
but mighty creatures play in our
environment. If you’re a curious
gardener who wants to learn about
the pollinators in your backyard,
come by and chat with them about
all things bees.
Fall Frolic will also feature free
trees, environmental education,
family activities, and other
surprises that will round out the
morning.
It’s a great opportunity to
celebrate the season, meet your
neighbors, connect with local
environmental enthusiasts, and
discover simple ways to care for
the natural world right here in
Normandy Park.
Bring the family, bring your
curiosity, and get ready to fall into
fun in Normandy Park!
